Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance & Notice Procedure

1. Notice & Compliance Statement

CyberLab Archive (cyberlabarchive.com) is an online educational indexing directory. We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, educational institutions, and publishers and adhere strictly to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512).

CyberLab Archive functions solely as an indexing catalog and search engine referencing publicly available educational cybersecurity archives. We do not host copyrighted files on our private web application servers. All downloadable lab archives referenced on this platform are hosted on external third-party storage providers.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent representing a copyright owner, and believe that any content indexed on this platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with specific URLs on cyberlabarchive.com.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit CyberLab Archive to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
